We prepare, lodge and manage visa applications for temporary and permanent residence in Australia.
Three steps towards the visa:-
Once you have received a visa rejection notice, we'll assist you in deciding what to do next. You can choose to appeal or re-lodge the application.
In majority of cases, you will be noticed through a notice indicating the Intention to consider cancellation. If your visa is revoked, it's likely that other bridging visas you are carrying will also be cancelled. You will be assisted to decide, without delay, whether you should challenge the cancellation of your visa. We can also help with application for temporary visas until such time as the case has been heard.
You will most likely have the opportunity to lodge an application for review of a decision when your visa is declined or revoked while you are in Australia. It is usually necessary to submit applications within seven days of revocation and 21 days from visa refusal for a decision to be reviewed. We'll be able to help you in an urgent and professional manner with visa appeals to the AAT.
We'll assist you in your application for Australian citizenship. In addition, we provide advice on how to appeal against decisions to refuse Australian citizenship to Australian permanent residents.
